We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join our team. As the Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing the sales operations process, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business to business sales, experience in the health and wellness industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This position does require travel over a broad territory. The actual territory runs from Woodbury, MN to Eau Claire, WI and the entire SE quadrant of Iowa. While some of the work can be done remotely via phone/virtual meetings, frequent road travel for in-person meetings will be a requirement of this position. The qualified applicant will require access to reliable transportation and the willingness to travel.
Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage, lead and support a team of highly professional fitness trainers
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with current business partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Provide training and support to the trainer team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven experience in managing sales & operations in health and wellness industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
