Position Summary: As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by ensuring efficient and accurate data management. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and entering sales information into our CRM system, while also serving as a liaison between our customers and sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input sales data into our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Sales Work Collection: Proactively reach out to customers and sales representatives to gather necessary sales documentation and information.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers and sales representatives via phone, email, and text to address inquiries and ensure timely completion of sales processes.
  • Customer Support: Provide initial customer support by answering general inquiries and directing customers to our dedicated customer service team for more complex issues.
  • Process Management: Monitor and track the progress of sales transactions, identifying potential bottlenecks and taking steps to resolve them.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanishis required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
