Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Shetakis Wholesalers is a food distributor in North Las Vegas, NV seeking MOTIVATED and RELIABLE full-time support person. The successful candidates will bring a can-do attitude to our organization and will learn a wide range of new skills and systems. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and accuracy, while providing exceptional service to our customers and internal staff.

Job Description

Performing a wide range of duties supporting our sales representatives and customers
Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with any questions or concerns
Maintain customer bid files
Filing
Resolve problems and execute follow-up
Support sales staff.
Work overtime as required including an occasional Sunday to fill in absences or time off requests.

Requirements

PC Operation
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong personal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
Be proficient in Data Entry
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Drug Free Workplace

Work Schedule

Currently hiring for the following shifts:

Monday- Friday approximately 8:30 AM- 5 PM
Sunday as needed.

Must be flexible, willing to work overtime.

Compensation

$14-$16 per hour DOE, salary progression commensurate with performance.
