Job Description

Our Client is seeking a passionate and experienced Jet Charter Sales Director to join their team. This remote position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, uncapped commissions, and potential equity. As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in jet charter sales by providing exceptional service and solutions to clients.


Responsibilities :

  • Foster relationships with existing charter clients and introduce them to our client's services
  • Proactively engage with potential clients through outreach efforts to convert leads
  • Generate leads, respond to pricing requests promptly, and negotiate for optimal charter solutions
  • Collaborate with charter operators, high-net-worth clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless flight operations
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion, exceeding sales targets consistently
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Jet Charter Sales, with a track record of selling high-value trips
  • In-depth knowledge of private aviation and charter operations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team under pressure
