Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Success Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for our home improvement projects. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.

You will be responsible for:

  • Respond to job leads in a timely manner
  • Utilizing our dispatching & schedule management software
  • Returning customers calls as needed and following up with past customers
  • Answering questions about our company products and services.
  • Providing proactive customer outreach.
  • Ability to respond to multiple ways of communication: answer a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, text, WhatsApp and /or emails daily.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Take detailed notes on each customer call.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Create lasting relationships with customers.

What you will be bring to our team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Etc.)
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
