Customer Success Coordinator, Level One
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing support for customers and internal customer success teams through data entry projects. Ensuring customer commitments are delivered in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner; by successfully prioritizing tasks and assignments that support multiple special projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete VVMO projects and tasks as assigned.
- Complete Customer Data Imports as assigned.
- Support the Customer with LOA management.
- Create Workflows and Process documentation.
- Use of Project and Task Management tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving atmosphere
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
