ADUela Living Spaces is a family-owned, client-centered company that specializes in building beautiful and functional Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the Charlotte Metro area and across the Southeast. Our team is dedicated to creating high-quality living spaces that meet the growing demand for flexible, modern housing solutions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Representative to help drive the growth of ADUela Living Spaces. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding market share for ADU builds, and fostering relationships with clients, business partners, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Prospect, network, and cold-call to identify new sales opportunities. Convert leads into sales through site visits and client meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, property managers, real estate brokers, and other referral partners.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Present ADUela builds to prospective clients and convert them by delivering pricing proposals and contracts.
- Collaborative Work: Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction from the initial sale through project completion.
- Event Hosting & Outreach: Host prospective client and referral partner events, and participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads and market presence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manage ongoing client relationships, address concerns, and resolve any issues post-sale.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design sales collateral and develop a strong market presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in construction, real estate, or design industries.
- Expertise in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ability to build trust and communicate value in construction projects and timelines.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings and design a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, and ability to work remotely.
- Highly goal-oriented and results-driven.
