As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our brand's presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through tactical sales excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers through structured market research and networking.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to be communicated with the management team.
- Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors' strategies.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims.
- Handle various customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Engage in direct prospecting efforts to bring in new clients and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
- Participate actively in sales presentations and meetings.
- Train and oversee the activities of junior sales staff and new hires.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Organize and prioritize sales tasks to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, ideally with at least one year of successful track record in door-to-door sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and consistent operation of necessary technologies.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.
- Self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented personality.
- Experience in relevant industries such as cable, fiber optics, pest control, roofing, solar, or energy is highly preferred.
- Readiness to engage in extensive local travel to meet potential customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,360.07 - $150,000.00 per year
