Maxima Tax is a sub brand of Captured Leads. A nationwide firm hiring inside sales associates with strong customer service experience to sell our tax preparation services. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and driven to be successful sales professionals.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated sales professional with expertise in tax relief. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing high-quality leads generated through our own marketing efforts. Our primary objective is to assist individuals in filing their tax returns and guiding them towards the next step- resolution. We pride ourselves on providing our sales team with exclusive leads, originating directly from individuals seeking tax assistance and financial counseling via our website and other online platforms. We DO NOT purchase leads from third-party providers, ensuring that our sales team has the best possible resources at their disposal. Key Responsibilities:

• High volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying need for tax preparation services.
• Strong listening skills ensuring a clear understanding of clients' needs.
• Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to follow script.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service inside sales role or similar.
• Strong understanding of the tax relief market and established network in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Ability to meet sales quotas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with CRM software and sales databases.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of tax preparation/ Tax Relief.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,769.00 - $100,000.00 per year
