**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Bullhorn, technical sales, and account management. This is a heavy cold calling outside sales opportunity
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the business development team to drive revenue growth
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish as a bonus
- Ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
