Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a record of surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Construction or roofing industry experience is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing time.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools preferred.
