About us

Triumph Industrial Supply, LLC is a growing supplier of tools, safety products and equipment and consumables in the greater Houston marketplace. We are looking to expand our commercial and municipality revenues. We are family-owned and operated founded in 2013.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

**Duties:**

- Identify new business opportunities in the market and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams to insure timely response to customer RFQ's.

-Provide a positive representation of the company and conduct yourself in a professional manner including appearance and attitude.

- Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand the company's market presence.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

- Basic computer skills

-General knowlege of sales cycle

- Excellent negotiation and sales skills to close deals successfully.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects effectively.

- Be a team player and help maintain a great and productive work nvironment to keep the business growing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
