Position Overview
As a Security Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our brand and increasing awareness of our services. You will work closely with potential clients, understanding their security needs, and proposing tailored solutions that meet these needs. This role is integral to our growth and success, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people secure their properties while also driving sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within relevant sectors of our industry.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
3. Conduct site assessments to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
4. Develop tailored presentations, proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
5. Present and demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our services to potential clients.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and realistic service delivery.
7. Establish and nurture strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
8. Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and trends.
9. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead to close.
10. Coordinate with clients and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service quality.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security or related industry.
2. Knowledge of security guard services, regulations, and industry best practices.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to understand and communicate security protocols and procedures to clients.
5. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. Be comfortable making cold calls and generating your own leads
9. Proficiency with CRMs and other related computer programs
10. Must have a valid driver's license, and own a clean, presentable, and fully operational vehicle that reflects professionalism.
