Job Description

Communities.Tech and its family of companies (KT Black) are seeking QA Testers to join our growing IT team in Amarillo, Texas.

As a QA Tester, you will collaborate closely with our software development team to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will play a key role in maintaining high software quality standards and contributing to the team's success!

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software systems to ensure quality and functionality.
Document test results and create comprehensive test reports to inform stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve software bugs and issues.
Analyze and apply user stories to define and meet acceptance criteria.
Utilize SQL to design and execute data validation queries, ensuring accuracy and integrity of application data during testing.
Partner with developers to provide feedback on product requirements and enhancements.
Oversee release management by coordinating deployment, testing, defect resolution, and validation to ensure features and fixes are ready for rollout.
Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups, product demos, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
