About the Role:

As an Account Representative for Piazza Seafood, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established Sales Team to drive revenue and profit. You will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn about the seafood industry and Piazza's sales culture. Once training is complete, you will become the dedicated Account Representative focused on identifying and growing new and existing business by presenting Piazza customers and potential customers with our seafood offerings.

What you'll be doing:

Communicate with the sales team, customers, and other company departments to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide the best customer service and negotiate competitive pricing.
Collaborate with the distribution team to guarantee each customer order is serviced correctly.
Assist with the customer collections in conjunction with the Accounting team, as needed.
Become a subject-matter expert in the seafood industry.

What you need:

High school degree or equivalent.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills while being forthright about conflict.
An obsession for outstanding customer service and making money.
Seafood Experience a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish or other language) also a plus.
