Salesperson and Operations Generalist

Job Description

Join Ohio’s leading service provider for improving indoor air quality with our air duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and industrial cleaning services. We are a blue collared small business and you will be part of our small tight knit office team.

Reporting directly to the President, the Sales & Operations Generalist will play a hands on role in the day-to-day administration and functioning of Sales & Marketing (50%), Administration & Scheduling (25%), Field Work & Support (25%).

Duties:

• Complete Sales calls over the phone and in the field;
• Develop old and new marketing channels for the company;
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships;
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints;
• Assist in scheduling and dispatching crews;
• Complete training as a lead duct cleaning technician so you can assist with field supervision and job completion;
• Purchase materials and equipment as needed

HEIGHT RELATED:

· Able to work from heights including working from step ladders, extension ladders (up to 24 feet), and on the roofs of buildings.

LIFTING and OTHER ACTIVITIES:

· Lift equipment and tools (up to 50lbs) from vehicle and on jobsite.

· Crawl on hard surfaces.

· Raise arms and hands above head to clean elevated surfaces.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Operation of company vehicles - Must have a good driving record

· Bachelor's (Preferred)

· Relevant Industry Experience 2 years (Preferred)

· Scheduling: 2 years (Preferred)

· Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
