Sales Representative
As the primary contact for our customers, you are essential in creating our organization's initial impression. This role involves presenting our leading solution, the Banner Roofing System, and navigating customers through the storm restoration or retail process while keeping them informed throughout. Effective, consistent communication is imperative.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on provided leads
- Lead generation and community networking
- Update CRM databases and maintain a sales call log
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Conducting thorough inspections and accurately identifying damages
- Develop estimates and present recommendations to the customer
- Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
- Collecting payments from customers and ensuring an efficient and smooth sales process.
- Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
- Construction industry experience is required
- Previous sales experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
