What you will do
The Executive Assistant provides exceptional executive-level business and administrative support to the VPs of the Volvo Financial Services sales channel comprising Truck Financial Services, Construction Equipment and Coach Financial Services, and Services & Solutions. The position reports to the VP, Construction Equipment and Coach Financial Services, USA. This role is fully onsite at the VFS North America headquarters office in Greensboro, North Carolina.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, coordinates, develops and supports execution of various business projects, analysis, executive presentations, and reporting for the sales and marketing channel teams.
- Executes on ad-hoc/short term cross-functional business assignments, tasks and projects as needed to support a flexible work force.
- Plans and coordinates events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provides administrative support by maintaining team Sharepoint sites, administering the company car plan, processing invoices, handling mail, filing expense reports, maintaining office supplies and printed materials, and addressing telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Provides backup for compliance administrative functions and training records.
- Provides backup to other VFS Executive Assistants as needed.
- Coordinates and maintains appropriate brand partner, dealer, customer, and VFS employee contact and distribution lists.
- Tact, diplomacy, integrity and strict discretion and confidentiality required.
- All other business support and administrative duties as required.

EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of professional business support, business development, sales enablement or executive administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- MS Office 365 experience with demonstrable expertise creating multimedia presentations and other professional documents in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required.
- CRM experience and expertise in Salesforce or other CRM tool(s) is preferred.
- Business analytics experience and expertise in Qlikview and Power Bi is preferred.

- Interacts with all levels of corporate and dealer management using excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizes and prioritizes work effectively on multiple tasks in a demanding, fast paced sales and marketing environment.
- Maintains a quality focus and attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with creative ideas and recommendations for improving team productivity, efficiency and sales effectiveness.
- Possesses a broad knowledge of organizational operations, policies, processes, culture, and how things get done.
