Inbound Sales Development Representative

ECAM SECURE (a GardaWorld Company) is the pioneer and industry leader in the manufacture of outdoor video surveillance equipment and video monitoring for over 15 years. Video monitoring is one of the most important investments a company can make to protect assets, employees, and customers. Located in sunny Long Beach, CA we are an established, stable and busy company poised for rapid growth.


Job Summary:

This Sales Development Representative position will focus on lead development, selling, identifying product needs and growing territory for the security solutions sector. Should be knowledgeable of the security industry, mobile surveillance units, and security monitoring and manufacturing industry. Reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Compensation: $27 - $30 per hour - not commission eligible

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Identification: Utilize various channels such as online research, social media, networking, and cold calling to identify potential leads within target markets.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research and qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and qualification criteria.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, calls, and messages to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, progress, and status in CRM systems or databases.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics related to lead generation activities to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation to optimize strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies.
