Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven EXPERIENCED Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on homeowner interactions. You will leverage your knowledge of territory management and business development to identify new opportunities and maximize account potential. Duties
- Generate and nurture leads to sales
- File insurance claims
- Inspect damaged roofs and properties
- Sign contracts and collect all necessary job documentation
- Manage project from start to finish
Requirements
- Past roofing sales experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
- Prior experience in business development or cold calling is highly desirable.
You will be on a team of successful sales representatives and have the support of a company that truly cares about people.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Uncapped commission
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Denver, CO 80239: Relocate before starting work (Required)
