Indovance (www.Indovance.com) is a fast-paced growing company that is looking for a dynamic (born) salesperson that can drive the businesses growth to the next level by generating large captive accounts exclusively in the United States. We provide design and drafting outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 engineering and architectural companies in the US. This will be a challenging opportunity for an individual who is self-driven and not afraid of responsibility. Although prior B2B sales specifically in the engineering/ architectural industry is desirable, high energy level and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive goals is more important.
- Develop new leads and sales via telephone/ email communication/ social media within the target market (80+ dials per day).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal.
- Build and cultivate prospective relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the CEO, COO and inside sales team globally to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards (using CRM).
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation following company procedure.
- 25-50% travel may be required.
- Proven 5+ years of inside/ business to business sales experience. Engineering sales background will be an added benefit.
- Excellent customer service and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills
- BA or BS in business administration, sales or marketing or relevant industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to effectively manage sales pipeline by using company CRM.
- Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics and the ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator.
- Attention to detail - must work independently and make sound business judgments.
- A go-getter and result oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
