Job Description:
The HVAC Sales Representative will oversee HVAC residential and contractor sales, along with support products, for an established wholesale HVAC distributorship offering multiple brands of equipment, parts, and supplies. The primary goal of this role is to build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and sustain a robust customer base within a designated territory, supporting a Sales Center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize market share and sales revenue in line with established sales policies and programs.
- Identify and solicit new accounts and dealers, and develop market strategies.
- Maintain direct personal contact with all assigned accounts and cultivate new relationships.
- Take a proactive approach to sales development and problem-solving.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Host dealer meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive trips, and similar functions.
- Participate in home product shows, utility-sponsored events, and industry associations as requested.
- Attend necessary training classes to meet customer needs and stay current with technical developments and product changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience within the HVAC industry, preferably in wholesale HVAC equipment supply OR 2-4 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.
- Proven work history in sales and marketing, with proficiency in air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
- Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
