Garden Centre Sales Representative

Saskatoon Landscape and Garden Centre is a family-owned and operated landscape supply company that is expanding with a new Garden Centre addition for 2024, located at #7 Glazier Road (corner of HWY 16 and Boychuck drive, next to Greenbryer) in Saskatoon. Our busy season is from April to June with the opportunity to extend as late as September. Positions Available: 3 Full time (32-40 hrs/wk) and 4 Part Time (16-24 hrs/wk)

These are seasonal positions starting in April/March with ending dates ranging from June to September.

The Role includes but is not limited to:

· Candidate can receive casual, part time or full time work from April to June, extending as late as September.

· Answering phones

· Cashier duties

· On your feet for long periods of time

· Use our POS system

· Help maintain displays, restock where needed & general housekeeping

· Provide plant recommendations to our customers as needed

Preference is given to applicants that possess:

· Plant knowledge and gardening experience

· Prior Garden Centre experience

· Customer service experience

· Positive attitude

· Willingness to learn

· Quick learner & problem solving ability

· Availability throughout the spring and summer months including stat holidays, evenings and weekends.
