Job Description
As a Sales Agent/Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone. You will communicate effectively and professionally to explain the benefits of our health insurance products, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients about our health insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Educate clients on the different health insurance plans available.
- Provide professional and courteous service to all clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience is preferred but not required in sales or customer service.
- Health insurance licensing (240 or 215) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,400.00 - $4,000.00 per week
