Joe Bertsch Electrical Sales Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented Electrical Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Cedar Rapids, IA.

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, responds to inquiries, provides quotes, product information, and resolves issues or concerns. This is a crucial role that drives sales and maintains strong relationships with customers.

Job Duties:

Conduct outbound sales activities, including lead follow-up and generating new business
Collaborate with outside sales reps to develop sales strategies and strengthen customer relationships
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales efficiently
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to communicate value effectively

Job Requirements:

High school diploma, required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred
1+ year of inside sales/customer service experience, required
Knowledge of electrical products/industry, preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
