Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Expert with a passion for e-commerce and a strong background in running Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, experienced in creating high-performing ad strategies, and able to coach clients through personalized, one-on-one sessions on content and product marketing for social media. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on guidance and is ready to make a meaningful impact on our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Ad Strategy: Develop, manage, and optimize Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns for clients, focusing on boosting brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- E-commerce Customer Success Coaching: Provide individualized coaching sessions for clients, guiding them in content creation, product marketing strategies, and leveraging social media platforms effectively.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI and client satisfaction.
- Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and strengths, and tailor coaching sessions to their unique needs and skill levels.
- Market Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising, especially for Facebook and TikTok, and incorporate these insights into client coaching and ad strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns for e-commerce clients.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and product promotion strategies.
- Background in e-commerce or experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to clients.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
