Job description

Customer Service/Inside Sales Personnel

Terms of Employment: Part Time - Students with valid work permit welcome

Salary: $17.20 per hour for minimum 20.0 Hours per week.

Hours : Between 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M (Monday to Friday)

Education Requirement: Completion of High School or more

Experience: Experience is not must however personnel with experience will be given

preference.

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Type of Sales: Industrial and Institutional Product Sales

Customers/clients: Industrial Establishments, Educational Institutes, Healthcare,

Domestic Governments.

Products/Services: Scientific and Laboratory Supplies.

Specific Skills : Promote new products, Promote sales to new client through telephonic cold calling and mass emailing. Enter information in Database. Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services. A light packaging work in warehouse required. Other duties as assigned like invoicing and admin work etc.

Essential Skills: Excellent Oral and Written Communication is a must. Computer skills mandatory
