At Bill Luke Tempe we are Now Hiring Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants, and Sales Professionals. We are looking for EXPERIENCED Automotive Sales Professionals who want to work in a high volume, exciting environment with a can do attitude. We have Inventory, and Uncapped Commissions! Our lot is not empty, in fact, we're busting at the seams!!!

Must be an Experienced Car Sales Associate, Automotive Sales Consultant, or Luxury Sales Automotive Executive and must be able to close your own deals!

We have Used Cars In stock, always! We have a very strategic BDC that sets all of the appointments- ready for you to sell a car, that is in stock. 90% of our traffic is Appointed, and ready to Seal the Deal. Check out one of the largest pre-owned inventories in the valley @ BillLukeTempe.com

Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Prospect daily for potential customers
  • Help manage productivity of sales department
  • Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features. Take customers out on test drives. Compare and contrast competitive models. Be able to explain warranties and services.
  • Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and the benefits to the customer

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1 year dealership sales experience
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Must be 18 or older
