Job Summary:

As a Software Developer at BTNX, you will work closely with Senior Management, including direct involvement in strategic meetings with our CEO and senior staff. You’ll be empowered to shape our company's future through meaningful projects, where your technical expertise and business acumen directly influence our growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Develop, test, and deploy robust software and web applications.
- Ensure project success through active engagement throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Research and integrate new technologies and processes to drive project efficiency and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in best coding practices, gained through employment, hackathons, internships, or co-op placements.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Web development environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Framework/.NET Core
- C#
- MS SQL/Entity Framework
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A knack for creative and innovative thinking.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the SDLC
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core Blazor development
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Interest or experience in mobile app development
- Proficiency in:
- Visual Studio (VS)
- HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap
- React JS, jQuery
- MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API
- .NET MAUI/Xamarin
- AI tools and emerging technologies
