Paul Davis is seeking a Commercial Business Development manager to promote our professional restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Hickory, NC, Winston Salem, NC and through the NC mountain region. Join a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned franchises in the US and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.

- Generate leads by building relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and adjusters
- Promote all services offered by Paul Davis Restoration
- Schedule and visit insurance customers, attending networking functions and trade shows
- Manage marketing programs and utilize technology software for CRM, email campaigns, and sales tracking
- Attend training courses and conferences
- Coordinate community events, charitable activities, and Continuing Education courses
- Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
- Perform other duties as needed
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and project management ability
- Excellent organizational and computer skills (Internet, Microsoft Office)
- Independent, personable, and self-directed
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferred
- Minimum three years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Franchise, restoration, or construction/home improvement experience is a plus
- Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission
