One of our clients, an HR outsourcing firm experiencing exciting growth is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team! Are you a sales representative with PEO or ASO experience, living within 2-3 hours of Greenville, SC looking for your tribe of like-minded fast-paced, inquisitive, purpose driven, team loving HR specialists? Specific right? Well, that’s because we could just be looking for YOU to join our team and to help us expand our business to work with and attracting clients.

  • This role is 100% remote (must be within driving distance to Greenville, SC.)

  • Our team is fully remote, meeting once a month (minimum) to keep us all connected, hence the need to be self-driven.
    • We provide our clients with the following services: ?????Human Resources Management & Consulting, Applicant Tracking Systems, Leadership Development, Payroll & Time Tracking, Benefits Administration and Human Resources Management
Role Overview:
  • As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the unique value our consultancy brings to their HR needs.
  • Your ability to understand clients' challenges, articulate solutions, and close deals will be critical to your success.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into our President and Founder you will:
  • Research and identify potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels with weekly and monthly reporting being provided by you.
  • Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our HR solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to win large accounts across multiple industries and regions.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, in either PEO or ASO field.
  • A strong network that you can bring to the table.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and align them with our solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
