Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive in Grand Rapids, MI. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing shipping solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales, Logistics) are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
