A Regional Sales Representative is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing sales operations in a designated geographic region or territory. The primary focus is on managing and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, contributing to overall growth, and enhancing the profitability of the business region.

OKNOPLAST is a company specializing in manufacturing and distributing premium-quality UPVC and aluminum windows and doors. Our product range includes solutions for residential and light-commercial markets, known for energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, utilizing advanced materials and technologies.

OKNOPLAST USA, Inc. is currently seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the South and Central territories of the US (TX, AZ, CO, OK, MO, KS, UT, NM). This role involves activities aimed at increasing sales, including identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to acquire new customers or expand existing ones.

Responsibilities:

- Implement sales plans in accordance with strategic assumptions for Oknoplast Group

- Supervise sales in the designated region

- Acquire new Business Partners

- Implement system tools/solutions at Business Partners

- Support Business Partners through the implementation of training courses

- Assign, monitor, and set objectives for key accounts and sales representatives

- Oversee sales trends, market dynamics, product performance results, and customer preferences

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

- Track and report sales

- Report to the President of Oknoplast USA, Inc.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the window industry or related construction industries

- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry

- Highly developed sales skills, including relationship building, sales processes, negotiations, and presentation skills

- Familiarity with markets and business units within the assigned geography is a plus

- Ability to analyze data, develop budgets, implement plans, and deliver effective presentations

- Experience defining customer needs and providing solutions

- Constructive and empathetic communication skills

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to travel with occasional overnights

- Familiarity with CRM software or different sales programs

- Familiarity with Outlook and working on the calendar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • window and construction industries: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
