Job Overview
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the heart and soul of our customer interactions, ensuring that each client receives exceptional service and support through their entire experience with us. This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, personable, and possesses a keen organizational acumen, with a solid background in business to business merchandise needs, but also a strong understanding of the needs for sports teams and clubs to better connect with that division of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and empathetic support.
- Guide customers through our product offerings and services, helping them select the best options for their needs.
- Create Quotes for Customers – Followed by Merchandise Mockups, Approvals, Payments and Scheduling of Orders.
- Manage and keep track of customer orders from inception to delivery, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the art and production team to ensure that customer specifications and deadlines are met.
- Use customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in our products and services.
- Have an eye for attractive apparel & branded goods, but also an understanding of the proper items for each client to best serve their needs.
- Represent the company and its values in all customer interactions.
- Warm Outreach to new clients of interest.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of motivation and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Background in team sports, either through personal participation or previous work experience, to help relate to and understand an important customer base at NTZ.
- Proficiency in using computers, including CRM software, Google Workspace, and email.
- Graphic Design knowledge and experience – preferably in Adobe Illustrator.

- Schedule Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm
