As an SDR at TruckRight, you’ll be part of a high-energy B2B sales team that is the engine driving our growth. And you’ll have the opportunity to grow within our organization as well. The only limit is your hunger, and how many calls you can make in a day.

What You’ll Do
- Identify leads to contact by phone, email, and social media
- Get in touch with them by any means necessary
- Conduct research to fully understand the prospect’s company and business needs
- Qualify prospects based on their company profile and uncover their pain points.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of TruckRight
- Schedule qualified software demos for our Account Executives
- Strive to meet personal targets while helping the sales team meet its overall goals
- Follow up with previous contacts and help nurture leads
- Drive constant improvement in our outbound sales process
Who You Are
- You want to grow your sales experience
- You’re ready and eager to work the phones
- You’re hungry, hardworking and results-oriented
- You’re persistent and persuasive, but not overly sales-y
- You’re exceptional at building strong relationships
- You have outstanding spoken and written communication skills
- You're adept at explaining sophisticated B2B technology in simple terms
- You're energetic and ready for a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Business, sales, marketing or related diploma is a plus (but not a must)
- An understanding of the transportation industry is a plus (but not a must)
- Software sales experience is a plus (but not a must)

Position Type and Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. We work on-site in our Belleville office from Monday to Friday.
