Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Representative (Int'l Trading Company) (CA/YM)

Job Description

An international trading company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Representative in Reno, NV. This position is responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining current clients. A bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of sales experience, proficient PC/Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills, and the ability to speak, read, and write Japanese is required. This is a full-time, in-person, exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k. ***Company is able to support E-VISA*** [9-6, Mon-Fri]

Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Representative Duties:
-Developnew business as well as maintain current clients
-Reach out to customer leads through cold calling-Receive and create quotes
-Read and check blueprints and then input into Excel
-Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers and negotiate when needed
-Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
-Confirmation of details in case of lost order

Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Representative Skills:
-Must have a bachelor’s degree
-Must have 3+ years of sales experience
-Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese
-Must be proficient with PC/Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to work independently
-Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
