Regional Account Manager (RAM)
National company in swimming pool industry seeking experienced self-motivated sales professional for Western US. Company specializes in manufacturing and importing unique, high-quality pool tile. Experience in tile and/or swimming pool industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
· Represent Company and products in professional manner.
· Profitably grow sales in territory.
· Ability to forge strong lasting relationships with current and new customers.
· Prospecting and establishing new customers
· Strong pre-call planning and post-call follow up.
· Educate, direct and conduct regular sales calls with manufacturer representatives.
· Identifying industry trends
· Attend industry trade shows
· Timely execution of required reports
· Miscellaneous as directed by VP of Sales
Qualifications:
· Three plus years of successful outside sales experience.
· Ability to travel with overnights – Estimate 60 to 80 overnights annually.
· Computer proficient
· Ability to effectively work from home office – Typically one day a week.
· Ability to lift 40 lbs.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
