Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient access services, including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize patient flow and enhance the patient experience.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and improve departmental efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare standards.
- Address patient inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Weekend Schedule: Yes on rotation with other PSR (Saturday 0800-1200)
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID
- Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans
- 1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
- 1 year of high-volume call center experience
- Experience with CS-Link/Epic
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
