Customer Success SkyFi Agent

Introduction:

Sky Systemz is a different kind of financial technology company at its core. We listen to our customers, we absorb feedback, and based on their wants we further develop our payment software and add new features. Currently, we are developing a next generation payment platform and neobanking service. Our mission is to build software solutions that solve big problems for business verticals that have been overlooked by out of the box business software products—helping our customers grow, save money, and operate more efficiently.

Role:

Customer Success SkyFi Agent

• 
  Perform various test cases on in-development software

• Provide support and troubleshoot customers banking and account problems as they arise

• Organize and keep track of support tickets

• Research account discrepancies and identify account errors

• Provide account details while following compliance requirements

• Utilize all of the software the Dev/Support team currently uses

1. RingCentral

2. Slack

3. Google Drive

4. Jira

5. Confluence

• 
  Assist Account Managers showcasing software

• Communicate with Director of Client Services daily

• Weekend support shift flexibility

• Any and all daily tasks presented by Director of Client Services

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (30 minute lunch)
• Monday thru Friday
  • 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
    
  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Support: 2 years (Preferred)
• Banking/Teller: 1 year (Preferred)
