Inside Counter Sales Representative at TS Industrial Supply, Escondido, CA

Overview:

TS Industrial Supply, serving North County San Diego, is a leading distributor of industrial products: hardware, tools, safety and rigging, industrial and hydraulic hose. We are currently seeking a dedicated Inside Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with customers, providing technical and product fabrication, service, and support.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively engage with existing and new customers at counter, as well as via phone and email

- Translate customer needs processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Become a subject matter expert on our range of industrial products and services.

- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions that solve customer problems.

- Assist with production and fabrication as required to fulfill immediate customer needs

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred.

- Previous knowledge of hardware, tools, and machines is advantageous.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Bilingual a plus

- Curiosity and desire to learn
