Job Summary:

The Arizona Cardinals are looking for an enthusiastic and coachable Group Sales Account Executive to join our team. Located in the picturesque state of Arizona, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the most exciting organizations in the NFL. The Arizona Cardinals joined the NFL as a charter member in 1920, which makes us the oldest continuously run professional football franchise in the US.

Our Account Executive, Group Sales position is responsible for selling and servicing new group sales accounts as well as renewing and growing group revenue each season. The role will focus on creating new group programs to increase ticket sales, as well as selling full menu season tickets and partial plans.


Primary Job Duties:

The Account Executive, Group Sales, will have the daily responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:

  • Meet or exceed established group sales revenue goals as determined by Group Sales Director
  • Research, prospect, and establish potential group Leaders through daily phone calls, emails, and social networks
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing clients
  • Adhere to department guidelines in relation to outreach targets and outside networking opportunities
  • Track communications and correspondence with clients using CRM
  • Host events on game days
  • Support team to help execute other events
  • Identify opportunities through prospecting to drive incremental season tickets and partial plans
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in group events and/or ticket sales, or equivalent
  • Experience tracking communications and correspondence with clients using a CRM system preferred
  • Successful track record of achieving sales goals
  • A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
