Position Overview:

As the Director of Sales, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives, contributing to our overall mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to reach their full potential.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns that drive leads.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.
  • Participate in key negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Physical Work Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift to 75 pounds.
  • Understanding safety protocols and the ability to wear person protective equipment.
  • Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, and exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity occur potentially.
