Job Title: Sales Operations and Support Associate

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Reports To: Sales and Operational Management

Work in a beautiful office space at the Wanamaker Building in the heart of Philadelphia. Easy access from multiple SEPTA bus and train stops within a stones throw from the entrance.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Operations and Support Associate to join our team. This junior position is perfect for someone eager to build their career in a fast-paced, client-focused SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations Support:
  • Assist the Sales team with operational tasks, including CRM management, data entry, and report generation.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in tracking sales metrics and performance.
  • Provide administrative support to streamline sales processes and initiatives.
  • Customer Success & Support:
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client troubleshooting, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactive support.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and updates to clients as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding client engagement with CallSine’s platform.
  • Organizational Excellence:
  • Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and client interactions.
  • Contribute to process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and client FAQs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in SaaS and technology platforms; previous experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRMs, project management software, or other productivity platforms.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • On-site gym

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • CRM software: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer support: 1 year (Required)
