What we’re seeking:
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to support our regional sales leaders with targeted insights that inform strategy and optimize performance. In this role, you will transform data into actionable intelligence, pinpointing trends and correlations that drive both regional and national sales strategies. You will work closely with the regional VPs of Sales to develop custom reporting and dashboards, providing insights tailored to their specific markets and helping shape data-driven decisions. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will lead data initiatives independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring data quality, supporting KPI development, and creating visualizations that simplify complex data for executive-level understanding. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be Dallas, TX.

What you'll do:
Regional Sales Support: Collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop region-specific insights and reporting, aligning with unique market dynamics and regional performance goals
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for sales performance optimization
Sales Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define and track KPIs, especially those relevant to regional sales performance, in partnership with leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives
Business Insights & Strategic Support: Provide actionable insights for strategy development, forecasting, and decision-making across functions including sales, marketing, and operations
Custom Report & Dashboard Creation: Frequently generate reports and develop dashboards as needed for regional and executive leaders, focusing on clarity and actionable insights
Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics: Use advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, to support future opportunities and optimize outcomes, applying findings to regional and national strategies
Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through effective data governance practices in collaboration with data engineering teams
Executive Storytelling & Presentation: Create executive-level decks in PowerPoint to effectively communicate insights and recommendations, simplifying complex data into visually compelling, actionable narratives for senior leaders
Executive Communication: Present findings to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into clear, impactful business insights that inform senior decision-making
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on BI, analytics, and data science trends, incorporating new tools and best practices to improve BI processes and reporting

- Salary Range: $70,000 to $155,000

What background you should have:
Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
Preferred Background:
Sales Analytics Expertise: Experience with data analysis in a sales environment, focusing on performance metrics, customer acquisition, and engagement trends that drive sales growth
Stakeholder Management & Communication: Proven ability to work with executive and regional leaders, effectively adapting messaging and storytelling to diverse audiences to drive alignment
Business Intelligence Proficiency: Expertise with BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to build impactful visualizations that support data-driven decision-making
Executive Presentation Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools for building clear, strategic decks that communicate insights effectively and align with executive expectations
Self-Motivated and Adaptable: Strong ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Knowledge that Would Be a Plus:
ISP or Consumer Sales Background: Experience in consumer sales organizations or ISP roles, enhancing understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
SQL and Data Management Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing to facilitate efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Programming Experience: Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and modeling
