The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
What You’ll Do:
- Built, lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Ensure the Business Development Representative team is hitting weekly sales metrics.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in Outreach.io.
- Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.
What It Takes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics and/or Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role (business development).
- You're a results driven person, who expects superior results from your team
- Ability to get stuff done.
