Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to contribute to our company's growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, promoting our brand, and driving sales of wildlife preservation accessories. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about wildlife conservation and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new retail partners, including specialty stores, boutiques, gift shops, and other relevant outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, providing product education, support, and promotional materials as needed.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement, merchandising compliance, and optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and insights to management to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and wildlife conservation efforts to effectively position our brand and products in the market.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network, showcase products, and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in territory sales or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Passion for wildlife preservation and environmental conservation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: $61,635.19 - $74,227.33 per year
