Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance on property prices, market conditions, and legal requirements
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property closings
- Maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and negotiate with diverse parties
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently
