RION Equipment is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating all equipment sales transactions and serves as the key liaison between the sales team and the equipment supplier.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for providing superior customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent knowledge of company products and programs, as well as communicating effectively with team members.
- Processes customer purchase orders by validating information listed, entering data into appropriate system, scanning documents, completing warranty documents, and communicating necessary information to needed parties.
- Coordinates the delivery and shipment of all equipment to be delivered to customers and keep sales team apprised of lead time updates from manufacturers on a regular basis.
- Administers new equipment inventory process upon arrival including entering data into appropriate system, scanning documents, coordinating needed information with yard coordinator and mailing documents
- Orders retail inventory equipment from OEM’s ensuring order specifications and pricing are accurate.
- May perform a wide array of other duties to support a fast paced and efficient sales operations team.
