Croft American-Made Mattresses is looking for a Senior Professional Sales Representative for their team in Springfield, Missouri.
As the Senior Professional Sales Representative, your duties include sales, customer service, administrative tasks, and managing orders/inventory.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sales! You are part of a two person team.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing customer orders and updating financial records.
- Manage inventory and customer orders.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail or sales environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
