We’re looking for a part time (30 hours) sales professional to join our growing Women’s Health team at Body Motion Physical Therapy!

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for women in our community seeking care for pelvic health concerns; pregnancy, birth prep, postpartum care and beyond. We started as a concierge pelvic health physical therapy practice and have grown to a multi-therapist Pelvic Expert Physical Therapy clinic where people travel from across the region to receive treatment at our clinic. Your Responsibilities in This Role:

  • To be the first contact for leads searching for support, provide exceptional client experiences and reassure them that pelvic floor physical therapy is the right choice for them.
  • To contact clients after their Discovery Visit to ensure they don’t have questions going into their Initial Evaluation
  • To follow up with clients after their Initial Evaluation to see how they are feeling and if they have any concerns that they would like relayed to their provider.
  • To make 100 outbound calls per day to follow up on various marketing campaigns we’ve sent out to prospects to schedule a consult and to call on leads who are waiting to schedule an appointment
  • Confident in Cold Calling - reaching out to leads from months prior - moms often put their needs on the back burner, issues they have had in the past are still present and have often gotten worse. We aim to reach out and provide support and resources for any issues they might be experiencing. Including; ebooks, referrals, Discovery Visits.
  • To assist in rescheduling clients who request to reschedule or cancel or who are no-shows for their appointments.
  • To update all records in CRM with complete information. This includes keeping records of conversations, emails, and the status of leads in our system. Leads come from multiple sources; ebooks, workshops, podcasts, referrals, google, social media, etc) As a growing business your expert input regarding our established systems will be appreciated as we work to scale our business.
  • Attend our Virtual Workshops to put a face to the name that will be following up with leads.
  • To grow in the personal and professional development of sales strategy, technique, scripts.
  • To be well versed and learn all products, price points and promotions so you can assist in closing sales. This will require a detailed knowledge of all products, resources, webinars, speaking engagements etc.

Skills This Position Requires:

  • Communication is key, being confident in approaching leads and clients based on their specific needs with a willingness to adjust to provide the highest level of support.
  • Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized. In this role, updating all fields in our database is critical for flow and process.
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to independently work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use google drive, CRM systems, and navigate digital software

Other Requirements:

You will be training remotely for two weeks, 20 hours per week. Then will move to a 30 hour per week schedule in office.

  • At least one year’s experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a business-to-customer environment.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and appreciates people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving success.
  • Likes to work in a small company where your input, contributions and ideas will directly impact the company’s growth and success.
  • Is a quick, self-motivated learner who wants to work for a company that will invest in your education and training.
  • Enjoys having conversations with (and helping) small business owner and leaders.
  • Loves building relationships with people and providing a true “memorable” experience.
  • Wants a position that will offer upward earning and career advancement.

Your Compensation

  • Competitive base pay based on experience
  • Bonus/Commission structure that offers earning potential past $50,000 per year
